Friday, 26 September 2025 — The Malaysian Fire Protection Association (MFPA) celebrated its 44th Anniversary and Installation Dinner with a grand gathering at Sheraton PJ Hotel. The event marked another milestone in MFPA’s long-standing commitment to advancing Malaysia’s fire protection industry.
The evening brought together MFPA Exco Members, Central Committee Members, and distinguished guests, with an impressive turnout of approximately 450 attendees. Adding prestige to the occasion, KP Dato’ Sri Ts. Nor Hisham bin Mohammad, Director General of the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia, graced the event as the Guest of Honour.
A key highlight of the night was the recognition of outgoing Exco and Central Committee Members (2023–2025) for their dedicated service. The ceremony also witnessed the installation of the 2nd Term President, Mr. Tee Siew Chong, who will serve from 2025–2027.
Guests were addressed by the Organizing Chair, the Guest of Honour, and the President, each sharing insights on MFPA’s progress and vision for the future.
