MFPA held its 5th Central Committee Meeting at the Bomba Fire Station at Bayan Baru, Bayan Lepas on 20th July 2015. The Director of the Fire Department of Malaysia, Penang Tuan Hj Amzi Bin Tamat paid a courtesy visit to the Central Committee Members.
In attendance were Mr Teh Khay Leong, Mr Danny Cheah, Mr Tony Phuang, Mr Steven Ooi, Mr Tee Siew Chong, Dato’ Ir Muhd Imran, Mr Michael Toh, Mr Victor Lim, Mr Daniel Ng, Mr Steven Ng, Dato’ Seri Dany Mun, Mr Ching Chee Chung, Mr Ho Kam Hoong and Ir Leong Siew Meng.
Some of the MFPA Northern Chapter members, including Mr Yeoh Chong Hin (Wein Tech Eng Sdn Bhd), Mr Ivan D Scully (Preco Engineering & Trading Sdn Bhd), Mr Khor Chun Heng (Adatech Sdn Bhd) and Mr Jacky Tan (Multi-Jack Eng Sdn Bhd) attended the meeting as observers at the invitation of the President, Mr Teh Khay Leong.
During the meeting, the Immediate Past President, Mr Danny Cheah presented the President’s Cup to Mr Daniel Ng, the winner of the President Cup Golf game held a day before the said Central Committee meeting.
After the 5th Central Committee Meeting, all the Central Committee members were treated to a durian fest sponsored by Mr Steven Ng who specially arranged a large selection of famous Penang durians for the fest.
