MFPA had its 37th Annual General Meeting on 16th March 2018 and was attended by 38 members. At the meeting, the President, Mr Teh Khay Leong thanked all members for their attendance and highlighted some of the achievements during the 1st term of office since March 2017 to March 2018. Among the achievements were the MFPA as co-organizer of International Fire Conference and Expo Malaysia 2018, CSR Projects in Bario, Sarawak, ACEM Seminar, participation in the CFPA-I Meeting in Beijing, Firex International, Japan-Malaysia International Forum, and China 2017 and positive growth in memberships. He called upon all members to continue support MFPA programs in fire safety and protection efforts. In the AGM, Mr Hooi Choon Meng was appointed as a Central Committee member replacing one member who has resigned.
